Introduction #
An active subscription is required to use the Qilowatt service. If you wish to extend your subscription, you need to start a new subscription in the app. Note! New subscription = subscription renewal.
Prerequisites #
• You have already joined the Qilowatt service and have had at least one active subscription
• Internet connection available

Step-by-step Guide #
1. Log in to the Qilowatt app and select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
2. Click the “New Subscription” button.
• Although this is a renewal, it is done by creating a new subscription.
3. A pop-up window will open.
4. Select from the drop-down menu:
• the device for which the subscription will be valid,
• the subscription period.
5. Select payment method (bank).
6. You will be redirected to the online bank, where you can confirm the payment.

Result #
The subscription has been successfully renewed and the service will continue without interruption.
