Introduction #
If your Qilowatt device cannot connect to your WiFi or you need to change the network, you can reset its WiFi settings. After the reset, the device can be reconnected to a new WiFi network.
Prerequisites #
• A device whose WiFi settings need to be reset
• Supported device models: PG01 v2, SK01, 1PM PRO, S1 PRO, DUAL R2, TH16, POW R2, 3EM
• Physical access to the device (button located on the device)

Step-by-step Guide #
1. Press the device button 6 times at a moderate pace.
2. The indicator light will start blinking – the device is now ready for WiFi setup.
3. Now you can connect your device back to your Wifi following the guide → Connecting the device to WiFi

Result #
The device WiFi settings are cleared and it can be reconnected to your home network.
If it Doesn’t Work #
• Make sure you’re using one of the supported devices (see Prerequisites).
• If the reset doesn’t start, press the button six times again at a calm, steady pace.
