This guide applies to all Qilowatt devices.
Replacement can only be done with the same device model<\/strong> \u2013 for example, a Modbus R2<\/strong> can only be replaced by another Modbus R2<\/strong>.
In that case, all previously configured settings on your account will remain unchanged.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Replacement is only possible if the offline device has not been deleted<\/strong> from your account.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-step Guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Resetting and connecting the device to Wi-Fi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Do not delete<\/strong> the offline device from your account before resetting and reconnecting it.
2.<\/strong> Perform a factory reset<\/strong> by holding the reset button for at least 45 seconds<\/strong>.
3.<\/strong> Perform a restart<\/strong> \u2013 disconnect the power for about 5 seconds<\/strong>, then turn the device back on.
4.<\/strong> Using your phone or computer, check whether a Wi-Fi network<\/strong> named Qilowatt-XXXXXX<\/strong> is visible.
5.<\/strong> Connect to the Qilowatt Wi-Fi network.
\u2022 If a popup window <\/strong>appears, confirm the connection.
\u2022 If the setup window does not appear automatically<\/strong>, open a browser and go to 192.168.4.1<\/strong>, then press Enter.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If the setup window returns to the first screen, verify:
