In the Qilowatt app, the device must be configured with the correct data. This ensures that the system recognizes the device, links it to the correct electrical device, and displays the measurement data correctly. <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A Qilowatt account has been created \u2192 Creating a user account<\/a>
\u2022 The device is connected to WiFi \u2192 Connecting the device to WiFi<\/a>
\u2022 The Qilowatt app is open and device setup has been started<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-step Guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Selecting the device<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 From the app open Dashboard<\/em>.
\u2022 Find the device Qilowatt XXX<\/em> (example: Qilowatt Modbus R2<\/em>).<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Main breaker size<\/strong> \u2013 according to the electrical connection box.
\u2022 Max export limit<\/strong> \u2013 according to the contract with the grid operator (e.g., for nano-producer 790 W, if no contract \u2192 0).

6. Plane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

8. Energy margins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Purchase margin<\/strong> (c\/kWh) consists of three components:
\u2022 Margin added by your energy seller to the market price
\u2022 Electricity excise duty
\u2022 Renewable energy fee<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Purchase VAT<\/strong>:\u2022 Individual<\/strong> – pays VAT on purchase price (depends from local tax regulation)\u2022 Company<\/strong> – depends from local tax regulation<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Sales margin:<\/strong>\u2022 The sales marginal must be negative<\/strong>.\u2022 This is the commission you pay to the energy buyer.\u2022 For example, if the sales margin is 0.007 \u20ac\/kWh, enter -0.7 c\/kWh<\/strong>.\u2022 If you receive renewable energy support (for plants built before the end of 2020), enter the value as 0<\/strong>.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The device information has been successfully configured, and the Qilowatt system displays measurement data correctly and applies control logic.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If it Doesn’t Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the data is not displayed, try closing the app and opening it again.
