An active subscription is required to use the Qilowatt service. If you wish to extend your subscription, you need to start a new subscription<\/em> in the app. Note! New subscription = subscription renewal.<\/strong><\/div>\n\n

\u2022 You have already joined the Qilowatt service and have had at least one active subscription\u2022 Internet connection available<\/div>\n\n

Step-by-step Guide<\/h2>\n\n
1.<\/strong> Log in to the Qilowatt app<\/a> and select \u201cSubscriptions\u201d<\/strong> from the menu.2. <\/strong>Click the \u201cNew Subscription\u201d<\/strong> button.\u2022 Although this is a renewal, it is done by creating a new subscription.3. <\/strong>A pop-up window will open.4. <\/strong>Select from the drop-down menu:\u2022 the device for which the subscription will be valid,\u2022 the subscription period.5. <\/strong>Select payment method (bank<\/strong>).6. <\/strong>You will be redirected to the online bank, where you can confirm the payment.<\/div>\n\n
