An active subscription is required to use the Qilowatt service. If you wish to extend your subscription, you need to start a new subscription in the app. Note! New subscription = subscription renewal.

Prerequisites

• You have already joined the Qilowatt service and have had at least one active subscription
• Internet connection available

Step-by-step Guide

1. Log in to the Qilowatt app and select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
2. Click the “New Subscription” button.
• Although this is a renewal, it is done by creating a new subscription.
3. A pop-up window will open.
4. Select from the drop-down menu:
• the device for which the subscription will be valid,
• the subscription period.
5. Select payment method (bank).
6. You will be redirected to the online bank, where you can confirm the payment.

Result

The subscription has been successfully renewed and the service will continue without interruption.

To use the Qilowatt app, you need to create a personal user account. With an account, you can manage your devices, monitor energy consumption, and utilize Qilowatt’s automatic optimization features.

Prerequisites

• Internet connection
• Valid email address or Google account

Step-by-step Guide

1. Open the website https://app.qilowatt.it.
2. On the login page, click the link Register now.
3. A registration form will open, where you need to fill in the following fields:
• Name
• Email
• Country
• Language
• Password
4. Click register.
5. Alternatively, you can choose Sign in with Google (registration and login are done via a Google account).
6. Check your email – a confirmation email will be sent there.
7. Open the confirmation email and click the link to activate your account.

Result

Once the account has been successfully created and confirmed, you can immediately log in to the Qilowatt app and start adding devices.

If it Doesn’t Work

• If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
• If the password does not work, use the Forgot password? link.
• If registration with a Google account fails, try email registration.
